1. Who we are

The Sovereign Feed ("the Board", "we", "us") operates a public, real-time advertising board at thesovereignfeed.lol where advertisers fund a credit tank and burn credits per minute to hold a ranked slot. By funding a tank, placing a bid, or using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and slot ownership

Advertisers do not need an account. A slot is controlled by a private owner token stored in your browser. Anyone holding that token can manage, refuel or relight the slot. Keep it safe — we cannot recover a lost token, and we will not transfer control of a slot on request without it. Operator accounts are separate and restricted to our staff.

3. Credits and burn

• Credits are a prepaid unit of account used solely on the Board. They are not money, not stored value, not transferable between users, and carry no interest.
• A live slot burns credits continuously at the per-minute rate you set. Burn is charged for elapsed time on the board, whether or not anyone clicks your listing.
• Rank is ordered by burn rate. Another advertiser may outbid you at any time and you will move down a rank. Position on the board is never guaranteed or reserved.
• When a tank reaches zero the slot stops burning and is removed from the live board. You may relight it later with new funding, subject to availability.

4. Listing standards

Every listing must point to a live, publicly reachable page you are authorised to promote. No malware, phishing, adult content, illegal goods or services, hate speech, scams, or unlicensed financial or gambling offers. Do not cloak, redirect or swap the destination after your slot goes live, and do not misuse categories. The full conduct rules are on the rules page and form part of these terms.

5. Fair play

Bots, click farms, automated bidding, captcha bypass, rate-limit evasion, self-dealing clicks or reactions, and any other manipulation of Board metrics are prohibited. We discard fraudulent activity from statistics and may remove listings, withhold prizes, or ban repeat offenders without refund.

6. The Community Vault

A share of every credit burned funds a daily Community Vault given away to visitors. No purchase is necessary to enter and buying advertising never buys entries. Advertisers and their teams are excluded from winning on their own listings. The official rules govern the Vault in full.

7. Availability and changes

The Board is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change pricing, mechanics, categories or features, and we may pause or discontinue the service. Where a planned change materially affects live slots we will credit unburned tank balances back to affected advertisers.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Board is limited to the credits you spent in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost traffic, lost rankings, or indirect or consequential loss. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for third-party sites you visit from the Board.

9. Termination

You may stop burning at any time by letting your tank run out. We may suspend or remove any listing that breaches these terms. Unburned credits for a listing removed for a breach are forfeited; otherwise unburned credits remain in your wallet.
