Privacy Policy

1. Our approach

The Sovereign Feed is built to run with as little personal data as possible. You can watch the board, click listings and enter the daily Community Vault without creating an account. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

2. What we collect

• Listing data. The URL you promote, plus the title, description and icon read from that public page, your chosen category, burn rate and tank funding.
• Slot control token. A random owner token stored in your browser so you can manage your slot without an account.
• Activity data. Clicks, reactions, reviews, vault visits and ticket claims, tied to a short-lived session identifier rather than your name.
• Anti-fraud data. Coarse IP-derived signals, rate-limit counters and Cloudflare Turnstile results used to block bots and click inflation.
• Contact and prize data. Name, email and message if you contact us, and the email address needed to deliver a Vault prize or receipt.
• Operator accounts. Email and authentication data for our staff console.

3. Why we use it

To run the board and settle burn accurately (contract), to prevent fraud, abuse and click inflation and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests), to run the daily Vault and pay prizes (contract), and to meet accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary storage only: your slot owner token, a session identifier, and a signed human-verification pass that lasts 30 minutes so you are not asked to complete a challenge repeatedly. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

5. Who we share with

Our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider (messages are sent from notify.thesovereignfeed.lol), Cloudflare for bot protection, and our payment provider when paid funding is enabled. Each processes data on our instructions. We also disclose data where the law requires it.

6. Public information

Listings, burn rates, ranks, click and reaction totals, crowns and archived Hall of Fame entries are deliberately public and permanently archived for transparency. Do not put personal information in a listing title or description.

7. Retention

Board snapshots and archived results are kept indefinitely as a public record. Anti-fraud counters are kept for up to 90 days. Contact messages are kept for 12 months. Financial records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or request portability. Ask through our contact page. We respond within 30 days. UK and EU users may also complain to their data protection authority.

9. Children

The Board is not intended for anyone under 18. We delete data we learn belongs to a child.

10. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be announced on the board.
